Tensile Strength tester is professionally applicable to measurement of tensile, peeling, deformation, tearing, heat sealing, adhesive, puncture force, opening force, pulling force and low speed unwrapping force as well as other properties of plastic films, composite materials, soft package materials, plastic flexible tube, adhesives, adhesive tapes, label stickers, medical plasters, release paper, protective films, combined caps, aluminum foils, diaphragms, back sheets, non-woven fabrics, rubber and paper, etc.
Paramount Tensile Strength Tester i9 Basic Model is ergonomically designed equipment which works on the constant rate of elongation (CRE) principle. The sample is held between two jaws, the lower one is a stationary jaw while the other is made to move at a preset speed with the help of special geared motor and advanced programmable electronic drive (speed can be variable from 50 to 400 mm per minute). The load exerted on the movable jaw is sensed by a sensitive sensor connected with load cell which directly indicates the load in digital form in kgf. The result of elongation is indicated directly in digital form (mm) with the help of optical sensor.The equipment has an in-built provision for safety arrangement. It has a provision to prevent over travel of the moving jaw. It has an in-built line filter arrangement to check any fluctuations in power supply so that it does not have any effect on the result generated, thereby giving accurate result. The frame of the tester is fabricated from heavy mild steel section to give the rigidity and strength. The exclusive feature of Tensile tester is its control panel that houses all the controls and is very user friendly and easy to operate due to its convenient location .The equipment is finished in special blue & grey powder coated paint. The other parts are made with Stainless-Steel to give a corrosion resistant long life finish.
